We use UPS Worldwide shipping. It is steady and easy to track and a faster Express shipping, The estimated time of delivery is usually 5-7 Days depending on the country. Includes detailed Tracking and confirmation of delivery, the estimated times stated below are not guaranteed, an international package could experience delays like strikes or severe weather or Cov-19 situation.

Kindly remind that we will deduct you the round freight before refunding you if customer reject to pay the duty tax. Refunded amount may be slightly different with your original national currency payment due to Currency Exchange rates varying, PALAB is not responsible for the difference, PALAB is not responsible for this if your bank or Paypal charge you any additional fee.

Order confirmation
After you place your order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation.
After your order processes, you will receive another email with tracking information, and you will soon be able to track your order.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Taiwan within 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise. Please allow 1-3 days of processing time. Some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe, we will notify you immediately about the expected delivery timeframe, if there are holidays or unpredictable weather factors, processing days will be increased.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Typically, it takes about 1-3 Business Days of processing time before we ship your order. We ask that you allow us 1-3 Business Days to process your order! We want is to make sure that all the items of your order are prepared correctly before they are shipped out. You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been shipped. So please check your inbox in 1-3 Business Days.

I've received a tracking number for my order. Why is my tracking not working?
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update. This is usually the time it takes for your order to be logged by the shipping courier after reaching the shipping facility from our warehouse. sometimes the online tracking will not update until 24 hours later. Usually, expect to see updated tracking information on the next business day after you receive your confirmation email. We appreciate your patience, if you have Any questions or concerns, please contact us so that we can help you.

If the package shipped, can I reject to receive it?
If you insist to reject it, we will deduct the freight we sent plus the freight for return, which is very expensive. Therefore, we suggest you receive the package first, and then contact us for return details. 

Return policy : 
We want to make sure you have plenty of time to test the equipment in a comfortable environment with music that you love before making the commitment.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to request RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), You have 7 days to return an item from the date that you received it (confirmed by Shipping Tracking record).

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs we send the product to you are non-refundable and Custom Duty when it come back to Our Taiwan warehouse is non-refundable too ( we will send you receipt after we get it ). If 7 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Make sure your product qualifies for a return
The product you are returning must meet the following criteria to qualify:
The product and all of its original packaging are in complete and like-new condition.
Everything that came with the product needs to be included within the original packaging. This includes manuals, power cables, remote control, and shipping components.
Orders that were price-matched against a final sale promotion are not eligible for return.

2. Gifts
If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, it cannot be exchanged , refunded or warranty.

3. Request a return
Simply reach out to the PALAB Sales Team(, and we will be happy to walk you through the process.

4. Send it back
Return shipments must be dropped off to the courier within five days of approval of the RMA request.

5. Refund
After the return shipment is delivered to our facility, it will take several days for the shipment to be inspected and processed by our colleagues in the Returns Team.

If you paid by credit card, It will arrive you within 7 working days usually. The time will depends on the bank handling time. If you pay by paypal, It will arrive you within few hours. If you didnt get the refund during above leadtime, write us to check the reason.

There may be transaction fee deducted by your bank or Paypal when order is cancelled or refunded fully or partially, PALAB is not repsonsible for this if your bank or Paypal charge you any additional fee.

6. Limitations
For us to continue to offer our 7-day return policy to everyone, we are only able to grant a maximum of 2 return requests within a 12 month period.
Products with accidental damage are not eligible for return.
Unless defective on arrival, products sold as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
PALAB reserves the right to charge an additional Processing Fee or reject the return if it arrives with critical components missing and/or in a condition beyond normal wear and tear

If the returned item is part of a bundle, the remaining items that are not part of the return will be charged at their full retail value.
